RETURNS POLICY

    1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason by notifying the Seller thereof. The right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods does not apply to the Buyer if one of the contracts listed in Article 6.228 (10) (2) of the Civil Code has been concluded, and in particular the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply:- contracts for perishable or short-lived goods;- contracts for packaged goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are ineligible for return for health or hygiene reasons;
    2. The Buyer shall notify the Seller about the withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement by filling in the e-mail. application form. Upon receipt of the Buyer's request, the Seller shall immediately send an acknowledgment of receipt of the notification.
    3. We do not exchange quality goods and do not accept returns.
    4. When transporting chocolate, it can sometimes break or turn white, but that does not mean that the product is of poor quality.
    5. If you have purchased a defective product in our store, we may replace it or refund the money paid for the product. Before that, but no later than 14 days after delivery of the goods, the buyer must send an e-mail. e-mail address choco@chocostore.eu, stating: buyer's name, order number and a detailed description of the defects found. Upon receipt of this information, we will contact you immediately and finalize all issues.
    6. The goods must be returned in the original packaging and all components must be stored in accordance with the specified equipment.
